Place your item in your cart and click the Pick Up button (this button is selectable only for products with store pickup availability).
Click Select Store.
Enter your ZIP code or city/state and click Find Nearest Stores.
Click Select next to the store with the item in stock where you'd like to pick up your purchase.
After you get through checkout, wait to receive
2 e-mails from us shortly:

Order confirmation e-mail – Verifies we've received your store pickup order.

Store pickup notification e-mail – Arrives when your order is ready for pickup. It will also walk you through the steps you'll take when you get to the store.

(This e-mail arrives within 45 minutes during store hours, on average.)



WHAT do I need to bring to the store?

Attention: Please make sure the person picking up the order is the person named on the purchasing credit card.

Within 8 days* of receiving the 2 e-mails above, please bring these items:
A state-issued photo ID or driver's license
The purchasing credit card (gift cards are not required for pickup)**
NOTE: Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for store pickup.



WHAT should I do when I get to the store?


Use one of the reserved parking spaces for store pickup customers (available at select stores).
Locate the sign that says "BestBuy.com In-store Pickup." Wait in this line to expedite the pickup of your order.


NOTE: Large items (appliances, televisions, etc.) may take slightly more time to retrieve from inventory.

Price Match Guarantee:
If your product is available at a lower price in the store at the time of pickup, your credit card and/or gift card will automatically be adjusted to reflect the lowest available price.



*Your order will be held at the store for 8 days. To ensure your security if you do not pick up your order, we'll cancel it and refund your credit card and/or gift card at the end of this timeframe.

**New Best Buy credit card customers
If your order is placed using a newly acquired Best Buy credit card, and you have not yet received it in the mail, you can still pick up your purchase. Show your ID and tell the associate that you have not yet received your Best Buy credit card.
